This talk explores the idea that the next generation may grow up inside invisible systems that quietly shape their choices. Drawing from a personal experience of temporary paralysis, I compare physical confinement to the subtle restrictions created by algorithms, AI, and over-optimised environments. The talk asks an important question: Are we building comfort at the cost of freedom? Ultimately, it challenges parents and society to ensure that the next generation knows where the doors of choice and individuality still exist. The talk challenges parents, educators, and society to rethink what progress truly means. Instead of eliminating these systems, the solution may lie in building doors within the walls; spaces where children can experience boredom, struggle, questioning, and discovery.
